Valley Studio Giveaway
Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by Auric Movement LLC, New York, NY. Questions: auricmovement@outlook.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

This Giveaway runs in connection with Auric Movement's Fall 2026 reformer events held at Valley Studio: Riddim & Kompa (Sun, Sept 13) and Turkey Burn! (Sat, Nov 21). A separate winner is determined at each event. (Our Halloween event on Oct 24 runs a separate best-costume contest, which is not covered by these rules.)

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to get an entry, each with an equal chance to win:

1. Attend a class: Attend an Auric Movement class at Valley Studio during the Promotion Period — you'll automatically receive one entry in the drawing (and a complimentary goodie bag).
2. Free entry (no purchase necessary): Request a free entry slip at check-in — no purchase required, and no goodie bag included, just an entry in the drawing. Limit one per person per event.

Both methods have the same odds of winning. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase your chances. You must be present at the event to win.

5. Prize

One (1) 4-class package at Valley Studio per drawing. As part of the prize, the winner agrees to book a different instructor for each of the four classes. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be substituted or exchanged, and must be used within three (3) months of being awarded. Approximate retail value: $160 (subject to Valley Studio's then-current rates and availability).

6. How the Winner Is Determined

The winner for each event is selected at random from all entries and revealed at the event. You must be present at the event to win. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

7. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry it believes to be fraudulent or in violation of these rules.

8. Privacy

Information you provide to enter is used only to administer the Giveaway and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is not sold or shared for marketing.

9. Not Sponsored by Third Parties

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Valley Studio, or any other third party. Valley Studio is the prize venue only.
